Cam4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is received. Users who provide false or misleading information may have their account permanently closed.
When registering a cam4 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address and an active phone number. cam4 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact cam4 support immediately. cam4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.

All financial transactions on the cam4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Acceptance of foreign currencies or international payment methods depends on the platform's current settings and is subject to change without prior notice.
DuitNow, local bank transfers and other approved methods in MYR. Deposits are credited according to their respective processing times.
Withdrawals are processed to a verified Malaysian bank account. Processing time is 4–24 business hours, depending on the amount and method.
Withdrawals may require standard identity verification before being processed. This is a security measure to protect your funds.
Cam4 reserves the right to suspend or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
All bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the respective promotional terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements have been met. cam4 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions during the deposit or withdrawal process.
The cam4 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, cam4 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of funds, data or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, service interruptions, technical delays or inaccurate information.
All content on the cam4 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, icons, software and code — is the exclusive property of cam4 or its relevant third-party licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express written permission from cam4.
The cam4 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party service providers such as game suppliers and payment processors. cam4 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party services and accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of their services.
Cam4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Such action may be taken in the following circumstances:
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the use of multiple accounts or suspected fraud.
Accounts may be suspended while an investigation into suspicious activity or a valid third-party complaint is ongoing.
Compliance with directives from relevant authorities, courts or regulatory bodies may require immediate action on an account.
Accounts inactive beyond the specified period may be subject to maintenance fees or closure in accordance with current policy.
If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any outstanding bonus credit that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for return subject to investigation and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the cam4 support team through official channels.
Cam4 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the cam4 platform will first be referred to negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
